Felicidad De Lucas is a professional photographer, artist and entrepreneur from Madrid, Spain, based in Los Angeles, California.
Specializing in Fashion, Portrait, Travel and Fine Art photography for commercial, editorial and private commissions, Felicidad works internationally with a focus in the US and Europe. Her work has been featured in multiple independent and mainstream publications such as Harper's Bazaar and L'Officiel Mexico (client list below) and she works closely with brands, directing and photographing their projects and campaigns.
Felicidad studied Advertising and Mass Communications in Madrid, Spain (UEM) and graduated in Marketing from University of California Irvine in 2010. Her Advertising/Marketing studies and hands on experience allow her to effectively understand the concepts of ad targeting, direct response and brand awareness.
Prior to Advertising, Felicidad assisted to Art School in Madrid, where she enjoyed working with live models and making use of all the elements of art. Parallel to the other studies and interests, she continued creating works of art and showing them in various spaces in Southern California. Early in her career, Felicidad transferred her interests from drawing and painting towards her career in Fine Art, Fashion, Portrait and Travel photography.
With a background in Arts, Felicidad enjoys the process of transforming a digital image or a film negative into a printed photograph that can be touched and/or hang in the wall. Felicidad is currently organizing her next photo exhibition.
